If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the product is received damaged/ broken, need not worry we are here to help you.
Return
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it.
- For return, the customer has to bear the shipping/freight charges both sides.
- The product can be returned within 4 days from the date you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging with the original invoice/ receipt.
Refund
- We will initiate the refund once we receive the product back and it passes the quality and other checks at our end.
- If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (irrespective of your original mode of payment). Bank account details will be taken during the refund process. For refund, bank account name should be the same as the original billing name. Please ensure the bank details that you provided are correct and updated. Copy of the cheque will be required. The company will not be liable for funds transferred to the wrong account given by the customer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of a return, the shipping cost of returning the item will be borne by the buyer.
To be eligible to for a refund or return, you are required to record a video of opening the package to prove that you received an already defective product. Do share your order number along with unboxing video.
In case the delivery status shows delivered and you have not received the product yet, you need to intimate us within 24 hours. You are requested to contact us on phone or an email with your order id with the subject wrong delivery status to [email protected]
If you do not receive the refund amount in the time duration mentioned, you can check your bank account again or contact the bank as the processing may take some time from their end. Or else, you can contact us at the [email protected] .
Refund or cancellation of CUSTOM PRODUCTS are not entertained.
